The final balance payment of £40 per person and confirmation of team names, members and handicaps are due by February 28th. If I do not receive your balance I will have to cancel your places and forfeit your deposits – I have to pay The Welcombe on 3rd March. If you want to book buggies let me know – £30 each (I think you can pay on the day).
The raffle details are below. I’m sure you’ll agree there are some great prizes!
If you are not attending the day but would like to support the raffle please contact Elaine – charityday@namadrai-golf.co.uk – to get some tickets. You can send a cheque, do a bank transfer or make some other arrangement to pass the money on. Your support of the society’s adopted 2010 charity is appreciated.

RAFFLE DETAILS:
Tickets £2.50 each, 5 for £10. I hope that when you see the quality of the prizes you will agree this is a fair price
Please bear in mind this is a private not public raffle. Tickets will only be sold to golfers on the day, society members and close friends or family of the organizer. You cannot sell tickets on behalf of the raffle – but you can buy as many as you want.
To enable as many people as possible to win a prize the raffle will be run on a ‘knock out’ basis. Once a ticket holder has won a prize any future tickets drawn belonging to that holder will be cancelled and drawn again.
Winners will be able to choose which prize they prefer depending on the prizes remaining when their ticket is drawn. i.e first ticket out has first choice, second ticket choice of remaining prizes etc. Ticket holders not present on the day will be able to put their preferences in writing or nominate someone to make a choice on their behalf.
PRIZES – I am still confirming prizes and will send a final list to all ticket purchasers ahead of 27th March so if they are not present on the day they can make their choices. Confirmed so far
